What are my shipping charges?

· Ground shipping in the continental USA is free for all orders.

· For expedited shipping charges and addresses outside the continental USA, shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

What shipping options do I have?

We offer 3 methods of shipping:

· Ground Shipping: Free ground shipping in the continental USA. Based on the distance between the shipping origin and your shipping destination, your product will be in transit from two to five business days.

· Two-Day Air: Once shipped, your product will be in transit for two business days.

· Standard Overnight: Once shipped, your product will arrive the following business day.

For large orders and orders of oversized items, please select the "Call for Special Shipping Arrangements" option. Our customer service agents will work with you to determine the best shipping method for your order.

When can I expect my product to arrive?

When you order light fixtures at LLD we will do our best to ensure your product is shipped in the most expeditious manor. Due to the nature of LLD business model of bringing you manufactures from all over the world, it is difficult to accurately estimate the exact time frame in which you will receive your order. Please note that fixtures origin may begin from one of several locations: LLD 's warehouse or the manufacturers facility/warehouse that can be as close as your next door neighbor or the other side of the world. LLD will chose the best method to ship your products and keep you fully informed of your order's progression and tracking information. Please contact Customer Service if you require more information.

When will my order ship?

LLD has curated the best boutique lighting manufactures from around the world, each with their own method of manufacturing and stocking levels. Depending on which fixture is purchased and from which brand, the fixture may be kept in stock at either the manufacturers facility or LLD 's Warehouse or the fixture is made-to-order with a manufacturing lead-time stated on the product page.

Orders for stocked items placed by 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time will ship the next business day. Orders placed after that time will ship the following business day.

Products with special manufacturing or assembly requirements will ship within 24 hours of product completion.

What if I change my mind about my order after it is shipped?

After the item is shipped we cannot cancel the order. If you would like to return your product please follow our standard Return Policy. Please note that if you choose to refuse delivery of your package(s) instead of following our return procedures, you will be charged a $50 service fee per package.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes, we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, though you will be charged a shipping fee for these regions. Please contact Customer Support for additional information.

Do you ship to outside of the United States of America?

Yes, we do ship anywhere in the world, though you will be charged a shipping fee for these regions. Please contact Customer Support for additional information.

My order never arrived.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

My product is missing parts.

Please contact LLD's Customer Support team via email support@luxurylightingdirect.com or call us at (888) 959-2426 (Mon-Fri: between 9am-5pm EST) and supply us with the order number, item and part missing. We will ship the available missing parts to you within 24 hours at no further cost to you. Please note, some parts are manufactured or finished and require a lead-time to produce, these parts will ship upon completion. Orders shipped within the continental US, parts will be shipped next day delivery, orders shipped outside the continental US, parts will be shipped at the most reasonable method.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact Customer Support within 72 hours of receiving the product.
