Payment:
Except for corporate accounts, all orders will be pre-paid for with a major credit card, PayPal and now accepting Amazon Pay. Payment will be accepted through the LLD website check out or over the phone with the LLD support team.

Shipping:
Orders placed for standard LLD products and shipped within the continental U.S. will be shipped at no charge to the customer via a ground common carrier. Orders shipped outside of the continental U.S. or orders placed with expedited shipping methods will incur additional costs to the customer.

Sales Tax:
Luxury Lighting Direct is located in New York and is obligated to collect sales tax on any items shipped to destinations in New York and California. We are not obligated to, and do not, collect sales tax on orders shipping to destinations outside of New York and California.

For those customers purchasing from Luxury Lighting Direct and shipping to New York or California:

We do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.

If within ten (10) days of placing your order at LuxuryLightingDirect.com, you find a lower online advertised price (including shipping and handling charges) on another online distributors website for the same individual item, upon proper verification, LLD will refund you the difference in pricing.   

To qualify for LLD's Price Guarantee, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • The advertised price is from an authorized dealer of the given manufacturer of the product in question. Prices from unauthorized dealers will not be honored. Luxury Lighting Direct will verify the status of any given dealer's reselling authority with the manufacturer.
  • The product is in new and unopened/uninstalled condition. Price Guarantee is not applicable to on-sale, repackaged or clearance items.
  • Product in question must be of the same finish, crystal trim, and/or share any and all of the same options to which it is being compared.
  • Competitor pricing must be verifiable upon presentation of URL link. Price quotes must be verifiable by a Luxury Lighting Direct representative.
  • Price Guarantee is only applicable towards INDIVIDUAL items. Competitor discounts offered on quantity or trade purchases may not qualify.
  • Requests to match pricing from "flash sale" websites will not be honored.

Return:

Damaged or Defected Product Return:

Products must be inspected and damages or defects reported to LLD within thirty (30) days past invoice date. Upon damage approval, LLD will have the option of requesting the product shipped back, at LLD's cost, with the proper RMA and shipping label or have the customer dispose of the product. A new product replacement will be shipped to the customer upon RMA approval at the expense of LLD.

Dissatisfied Purchase Return:

Products that are in good condition however the customer is dissatisfied with their purchase may return their purchased merchandise up to sixty (60) days past invoice date with no restocking fee. Returns made on good merchandise post sixty (60) days past invoice date, no returns accepted post sixty (60) days past invoice date. LLD will accept products back that have been unopened, opened, installed and used and returned under certain conditions. These conditions include but are not limited to; undamaged resalable condition, slightly used with easy fixes such as, new canopy or chain. Each return request will be managed by an LLD support team member and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No return will be accepted without an approved RMA from LLD. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment on dissatisfied claim returns. A refund or credit will be issued upon LLD's receipt and quality check of the fixture.

Custom orders:
Customer orders are custom-made upon order and are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages. Customer will have twenty-four (24) hours from placement of custom orders to cancel. After twenty-four (24) hours, a fifty (50) percent deposit will be retained by LLD and cannot be refunded.

Clearance Sales:
Clearance items are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned unless product is received with a manufacturers defect.

Warranty:
LLD lighting fixtures will have a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of invoice on standard, non-clearance purchases. LLD will warrant all its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. For any LED products, LLD will extend the electrical components for up to five (5) years. All warranties only apply to the original end use purchaser and original installation of products. The warranty is not transferable. The warranty is good for residential and commercial applications. LLD will have the option to repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment on a case-by-case basis.

Professionals Program:
Design professionals such as decorators, designers and specifiers that have a trade or tax ID number will be given the opportunity to register to receive inside discounts, custom quotes, online client project folders and their very own design forums.
