Shipping & Delivery

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

For International shipping, please contact customer service prior to placing the order so we can help you choose the best shipping method.  

Shipping Cost:

FREE GROUND SHIPPING on orders over $50! within the continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico do not apply)

We offer Free Ground shipping on all orders over $50 which are being shipped within the continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico do not apply). Orders below $50 are charges a $10.00 flat rate shipping fee.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Luxury Lighting Direct offers discounted standard shipping via UPS. Our Customer Support team  will contact you within 1-2 business days of placing your order to provide you with a freight quote. We will not finalize your order until you accept the final terms. Your order will ship your order shortly after we receive the updated payment.

Expedited shipping is available for many of the items at Luxury Lighting Direct. If you require expedited shipping, Please contact our Customer Support team before placing your order or we will contact you within 1 Business Day of placing the order. 

Keep in mind that freight shipping is often required for heavy or oversized items, including large lighting fixture. Freight shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days and may not be expedited. Expedited shipping affects transit time, not production or processing lead times.

International orders, our Customer Support team will contact you within 1-2 business days of placing your order to provide you with a freight quote. We will not finalize your order until you accept the final terms. Your order will ship your order shortly after we receive the updated payment.

Freight quotes for international orders(including Canada) does not include the Goods and Services Tax (GST) or customs duties which will be due upon receipt of delivery.

Shipping to Canada:

We do offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on select orders shipping to Canada. Please contact Customer Support for more information. 

Processing Time: 

Luxury Lighting Direct has curated the best boutique lighting manufactures from around the world, each with their own method of manufacturing and stocking levels. We will do our best to ensure your product is shipped in the most expeditious manor. However, depending on what your order, your item might be located in one of our many manufactures warehouses scattered across the US, might be on backorder, made to order or will require assembly. All these factors may affect the lead time of your order.  Lead times are stated on the product page.

After your order has been placed someone from our Customer service team will contact you within 1-2 business day letting you know the status of your order if there are any delays. 

When your order is shipped we will provide you with the Tracking Information needed to keep an eye on your order.  If your order ships via a freight company, the carrier will also contact you directly to schedule a delivery.

Delivery Methods: 

Small parcel items ship via UPS and generally take 1-10 business days to arrive. *Please note: The vast majority of our items ship with no signature required, but this is always done at the discretion of the delivery driver.

Larger freight items ship via truck with White Glove service and generally take 3 - 10 business days to arrive. 

There are a couple options with larger freight items. There is the First Threshold: where the driver will bring your item just inside the sweep of the first door. The second option is  Inside Delivery/Room of Choice: includes moving the packaged product to your room of choice, but does not including opening/assembly/debris removal. (Please Verify the options of delivery available when scheduling the delivery).

Shipping to PO Box:

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military APOs.

Ship To Multiple Addresses:

Please contact our Customer Support team and they will assist you with your specific needs.

Order never arrived:

Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already and they are not backordered or made to order. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer support for assistance.

My product is missing parts: 

Please contact Luxury Lighting Direct Customer Support team via email support@luxurylightingdirect.com or call us at (888) 959-2426 (Mon-Fri: between 9am-5pm EST) and supply us with the order number, item and part missing. We will ship the available missing parts to you within 1- 2 Business Days at no further cost to you. Please note, some parts are manufactured or finished and require a lead-time to produce, these parts will ship upon completion.

Order Arrives Damaged:

If by some chance, your item was damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Support team. It is critical that you inspect your order upon delivery. Orders delivered via a freight carrier specifically must be inspected upon delivery of the item. Also provide us with photos of the damage to expedite the return and replacement of the damaged item.
